CRUSHED-STONE SPREADING MACHINE Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: railway transport; permanent way; maintenance and repair of track. SUBSTANCE: machine has frame resting on running bogies, cab, crushed stone suction device with vacuum chamber, crushed stone spreader and brush with rotating drive, all mounted on frame. Frame consists of two hinge-connected parts. Crushed atone spreader is mounted for re-placement in height on first part of frame in direction of machine movement, and vacuum chamber and brush are mounted on second part. Crushed-stone suction device is provided with suction nozzle connected with vacuum chamber through flexible pipe and installed for displacement in horizontal and vertical planes on rear end part of machine in direction of its operation. Horizontal and vertical displacement of vacuum chamber is provided by drives connected with control panel installed in cab. EFFECT: improved maintenance and repair of permanent way. 11 cl, 4 dwg
