FIELD: rail track repair and maintenance; continuous cutting out and cleaning of ballast. SUBSTANCE: machine has frame resting on running trucks. Frame carries ballast cleaning device and ballast cutting out device which has endless driven chain with section arranged across track under track skeleton. Machine has also belt conveyors for transportation of cut out ballast and litter, laying clean ballast, and two track-lifting devices of which one is installed on frame in zone of chain arrangement and the other, behind discharge ends of belt conveyors for laying clean ballast in direction of operation of machine. Installed on second track-lifting device is vibrator to generate horizontal vibrations directed across machine. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 9 cl, 4 dwg
