FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: in device for connection of shuttering panels, one of members for fixing and fastening of tension member is made in the form of eccentric locking unit with eccentric setup of variable length and with supporting parts for thrusting against shuttering members which carry load and for fixing position over length of tension member. Eccentric setup can be made in the form of one or several levers installed with possibility for turning by means of inter-parallel journals and axles located in parallel to longitudinal axis of tension member or perpendicularly to direction of changing length of eccentric setup. Setup also has sealing member which embraces tension member from inner side of panels intended to ensure tight contact in opposite holes of panels through which tension member passes through. Sealing member has sleeve made of resilient elastic material for compression in axial direction. EFFECT: high efficiency. 29 cl, 14 dwg
