SUBSTANCE: device has two wheel-shaped side support shields, each formed by one larger and one smaller round segments with opposite edges in division plane, and installed for joining and fixing relative to each other in this position. Side support shields have concentric centering members for alignment of bushing. Above indicated detachable edges are arranged in radial direction outside the centering members of side support shields to divide distance between centering member and peripheral ring edge in ratio from 1:1 to 1:3.
