FIELD: mechanical engineering; two-stroke internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: engine 13 made on base of crank-and-slotted link mechanism with opposite cylinders 1. Slider 5 with hermetically sealed slotted link 4 form scavenging compressor whose working spaces. Through corresponding channels in slider 5 and body of piston 3 communicate with engine combustion chambers at moments defined by timing diagrams. Proposed design provides asymmetrical valve timing phases as slotted link slider "leads" the piston in phase for quarter of cycle which makes is possible to rationally alternate phases of exhaust, scavenging and fresh mixture charging. EFFECT: increased economy of engine. 3 cl, 2 dwg
