FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves adding complex latex diagnosticum into a series of sequential dilutions of patient blood serum. The diagnosticum has polystyrene microspheres colored with various dyes corresponding to determined specificity of Yersinia antigens immobilized on them by means of covalent cross-linking through superficial epoxy groups. The reaction is estimated by color of latex sedimented as a button and agglutinate having umbrella shape. EFFECT: accelerated examination procedure.
