SUBSTANCE: method involves opening maxillary injuries, removing free fractured bone fragments, injured mucous membrane, repositioning and fixing bone walls, applying anastomosis with inferior nasal passage. Free flaps of tegmental epithelium of the oral cavity are transplanted to the area of absent sites of mucosa. EFFECT: prevented maxillary sinusitis development.
