FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting mucous membrane and periosteum along nasal turbinated bone base line, along frontal boundary of ascending maxillary process to nose tip. Bone wall is accessed along the incision line. Anteromedial osteotomy followed by mucoperiosteal flap mobilization to nasal septum is carried out. Conductor is introduced into the built anastomosis. Fixing means like catheter obturator is introduced through the anastomosis. Zygomatic complex is set into anatomically right disposition. The zygomatic complex is fixed by supplying compressed air into the obturator. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; avoided cosmetic defects on patient face. 5 cl, 1 dwg
