FIELD: medicine, in particular, dietology; may be used for treating obesity and reducing the weight. SUBSTANCE: method involves fractional nutrition, reduction of food caloric content; restriction of use of salt, sugar, flour products and animal fats; nutrition with using only one dish for one dose by small portions from 2-3 sorts of food products and do not associate proteins with carbohydrates, and with reduced intervals between meals up to 2.5-3 h. Water consumption between meals is 2.5-3 l per day in half an hour after meal and stop it before half an hour of the following meal. Salt consumption is reduced up to 1-3 g per day, while sugar, flour food products and animal fats are fully excluded. Additionally introduced are polyvitamins, and separately vitamins A and E are introduced in mean therapeutic doses. Course duration is not more 4 months. After it, sugar, flour food products and animal fats are used in reasonable limits up to level at which weight will be stable. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
