SUBSTANCE: method involves prior to carrying out treatment course, talking with patient and explaining the essence of disease and treatment process to be conducted; setting up treatment course, value of weight and time during which patient's weight should be reduced; during conversation, psychiatrist establishes "kinesthetic anchor" on the basis of each of positive confirmations made by patient; providing 12-week treatment course consisting of combination of fasting and non-fasting dietary regimen, with nutrient mixture "Metabolein" being used as fasting day diet, and common diet regimen free of farinaceous and sweet products being used during non-fasting days; after 12 weeks, carrying out dietary course during 6 months, said course including assigning hypocaloric diet with reduced caloricity of 1,200 kilocalorie during first month, with following bringing of caloricity to value corresponding to normal organism's need; during 6 month treatment course, providing dynamic observation of patient for controlling reduction in weight, observance of diet using set "kinesthetic anchor" for fixing obtained positive result and supporting complex of treatment procedures recommended.
