FIELD: improvement of air in medical house, animal farm, production and dwelling houses. SUBSTANCE: method involves dispersing air in disinfectant by directing air into liquid through slots or openings; transmitting rotational motion to air flow. Apparatus has housing with disinfectant reservoir and air accumulator communicated with reservoir. Air accumulator is formed as Archimedes' spiral. Guiding blades are positioned circumferentially of air accumulator. Branch pipe is positioned in central part of air accumulator bottom and introduced into liquid disinfectant reservoir. Cavity above air accumulator is communicated with reservoir via auxiliary branch pipe. Fan is positioned in top part of housing. Spray trap is positioned below suction opening of fan.
