SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of feeding melt to dispersion zone; dispersing melt stream at striking with vane of centrifugal-percussion nozzle; providing conditions for inelastic impact of masses in zone of contact of melt stream with frontal surface of vane; removing part of dispersed volume of stream through apertured vane from its frontal surface to bottom portion; selecting area of vane apertured portion according to condition: V1 is equal or more than V2, where V1 -circumferential velocity of vane; V2 - initial speed of dispersed stream after striking.
