SUBSTANCE: one part of DIVIDIK device shows features which characterize device geometric configuration covering its versions of its design ensuring improvement of service properties, higher mechanical strength with concurrent increase of efficiency of application with its help of substances to surface of materials. The invention also offers the method of manufacture of DIVIDIK device which consists of shell, holder and accumulator, and performs a set of production processes from the moment of dye introduction into plastic material up to provision of permissible deviations of dimensions of manufactures parts of the device, ensuring the preset operating characteristics. The invention also offers the materials from which components of the device may preferably be made so that maximum value C3 of mass of applied substance diffused into shell and holder for 18 months with respect to their mass C4 shall not exceed value C3/C4=0.001.
