SUBSTANCE: method consists in n1 breaking of material components in n2 cycles, where n1 and n2 are selected within 1 ≤ n1 ≤ 3,1 ≤ n2 ≤ 1000, effected simultaneously and/or successively, In this case, at the first stage, material components are split into n3 particles, where n3 is selected within 1 ≤ n3 ≤ 10⁶. Then, material particles deflected from fixed grinding grate in course of their multicycle motion in treatment zone are cut by means of grinder, for instance, of hammer type. Nonground material is subjected to attrition and/or mashed in process of its multicycle motion in gaps, for instance, between ends of grinders in form of hammers and fixed grinding grate. These operations are accomplished, particularly, in device whose grinding unit is made in form of plates installed on axles of their rotation.
