FIELD: domestic equipment and can be used, for example, as a means and device for formation of turbulent liquid- gas medium, in particular, in hydromassage baths. SUBSTANCE: the offered method provides for formation of turbulent liquid-gas medium in a container, it includes extraction from the container and delivery to it of measured quantities of medium with possibility of a change of their energy state and their saturation with gases, and formation in container of liquid-gas medium with jets mechanically moved in it. The attained technical result is also attained with the aid of the offered device for formation of liquid-gas medium in container, which uses a container with liquid-gas medium, channels for extraction of medium from the container connected, through mechanisms of energy supply to the extracted medium quantities, to the channels of delivery to the source container, connected to which are the gas medium delivery channels, as well as the units that control the quantities of treated liquid-gas medium delivered to the container. EFFECT: enhanced functional abilities of the device, enhanced efficiency of conversion of electric energy to energy transmitted to the user by turbulent medium, enhanced safety of use, and enhanced medicinal and/or sanitation effect. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
