FIELD: power, electromechanical, and nuclear power engineering. SUBSTANCE: part of working medium is extracted from open gas circuit and conveyed to auxiliary circuit wherein it is periodically cooled down and compressed, cooled down again, heated due to heat transfer with closed-circuit coolant of nuclear reactor, expanded, mixed up with remaining part of working medium heated due to fuel combustion in gas-circuit combustion chamber, and heat coming from heat exchangers of auxiliary circuit is transmitted to combined-cycle circuit working medium. Chemical circuit is introduced in plant whereto heat is conveyed from nuclear reactor and excess heat is removed due to heat transfer to combined-cycle circuit. Chemical components are converted into reaction products burned then in combustion chambers of auxiliary and gas circuits. EFFECT: improved efficiency and power output of plant. 2 cl, 2 dwg
