Water is preliminarily heated in heat exchangers of auxiliary circuit and steam-gas mixture is expanded in auxiliary expansion stages, larger part of steam of steam-gas mixture is condensed after transfer of part of its heat to working medium of steam or gas turbine circuit and water, after cleaning, is into heat exchangers of auxiliary circuit.
