FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method for the operation of an power gas turbine expander installation of a heat power plant containing high and low pressure turbo expanders, a compressor, a regenerative air heater, a combustion chamber, a gas-steam turbine, an electric generator; a high-pressure gas pipeline 0.8-1.2 MPa, a low-pressure gas pipeline 0.12-0.125 MPa, high-pressure and low-pressure gas heaters, a gas-water recovery heat exchanger, a booster gas compressor, coolant (water) pipelines, a sprinkler, a contact condenser with a separator, mains water pipelines of the heating system, a condensate line, an air water cooler (cooling tower). According to this method, high-pressure gas is heated with heat of the coolant to 120-130°C, expanded in a high-pressure turbo expander to a pressure of 0.5-0.6 MPa, heated to 100-110°C, expanded in a low-pressure turbo expander to 0.12-0.125 MPa, heated with a coolant to 40-50°C and fed into the burners of boiler units of the heat power plant. The coolant is heated in a gas-water utilization heat exchanger by the heat of a gas-steam mixture expanded in a gas-steam turbine, its heat is also used to heat the mains water of the heating system. Compressed air, fuel gas from the booster gas compressor and steam with a pressure of 1.3-1.5 MPa from the industrial extraction of the steam turbine of the heat power plant are fed into the combustion chamber of the gas-steam turbine. The useful work of turbo expanders is used to drive a booster gas compressor and a compressor, and the useful work of a gas-steam turbine and the additional work of a steam turbine are used to generate electricity. Cooling water is injected from a cooling tower into a gas-steam mixture expanded in a gas-steam turbine and partially cooled when heating the coolant and mains water of the heating system, and contact condensation of the steam contained in the gas-steam mixture and separation of the condensate and cooling water mixture is performed. The separated mixture is cooled in a cooling tower. Most of it is injected into a gas-steam mixture, and a smaller part is fed to the chemical water treatment system of the heart power plant and used for additional steam generation with a pressure of 13 MPa in a turbine with industrial steam extraction, which is fed into the combustion chamber of a power gas turbine expander.

EFFECT: invention increases the generation of electricity in this installation and in a steam turbine with industrial steam extraction.
