FIELD: gas-turbine plants with combined generation of gas-transfer and electric power. SUBSTANCE: gas-turbine plant includes multi-stage compressor connected to expansion machine by means of air duct fitted with heat exchanger and to gas turbine by means of pipe line fitted with combustion chamber. Gas turbine is connected with payload by means of shaft. Exhaust line of gas turbine is connected to atmosphere. Load regulator mounted on gas duct is connected to pipe line and air duct after combustion chamber and after heat exchanger respectively. Cooling line of heat exchanger is connected to exhaust line of gas turbine. Expansion machine is made in form of gas-turbo- expander and its outlet is connected to exhaust line of gas turbine.
