FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: high-pressure gas is admitted to utilization engine, part of cooled gas is retrieved downstream of the utilization engine, and this quantity of gas is cooled by working fluid conveyed to inlet of turboexpander. Air and/or gas is recycled to cool air and gas admitted to inlets of expander and utilization engine. Retrieved part of cooled gas is additionally heated by heat utilized from heat exchanger. Exhaust gases are additionally heated prior to conveying them to boiler in after-burning chamber. Working fluid (gas) is heated by the heat from the boiler to obtain the maximum of useful power. Heating-system water is heated to obtain the maximum of heat. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability. 7 cl, 1 dwg
