FIELD: power refrigerating plants for objects functioning without communication with atmosphere. SUBSTANCE: operation of gas-turbine plant 2 and Stirling refrigerating machine 3 is effected by their working media in cycle through evacuation of heat by means cooling liquid contained in reservoir 4. For regeneration of cooling liquid, it is pumped through heat exchanged 32 by means of pump 31 where it gives up its heat to working medium of cryogenic hot-transfer agent circuit 6, after which it is returned to cold section 24 of reservoir 4 in cooled state. Vapor is expanded in expander 36 generating electric power and is liquefied in throttle 37, after which it is accumulated in reservoir 33 wherefrom it is fed to regenerator 35 by means of pump 34 for heating and evaporation. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
