FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has two plates with sample placed between them. Lower surface of upper plate has through slots and is convex, upper surface of lower plate is concave. Outside plates there are mounted heaters, and one of plates has temperature-sensitive transducer included into group of heating temperature control which also incorporates measuring converter-amplifier, adder-amplifier, temperature setting unit, differentiator-amplifier and two transistor keys. Device has unit registering complete removal of moisture from sample which includes generator, bridge circuit electrically insulated plates placed into one arm of it, differentiated amplifier, rectifier, low-frequency filter, differentiator-amplifier with controlled bias signal and indicator. Device has unit measuring moisture content incorporating generator, unit for primary signal processing with amplification and rectification, amplifier with adjusted bias and amplification signal, recorder connected to measuring converter-amplifier, weight-to-electric signal converter which sensitive element is coupled to table where sample is positioned before drying process and after complete drying.
