FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: given device has float and permanent magnet anchored on opposite ends of rocker mounted for rotation in bearings of body located above rocker, electromagnet coil placed over trajectory of movement of permanent magnet, sensor of charge of position of float, unit setting changeable direct current through coil and ammeter. Current of detachment of permanent magnet from electromagnet coil with gradual decrease of current through it is informative parameter and it causes abrupt transfer of rocker into stable state characterized by float resting against body which is preset by initial balancing of rocker in assembly. EFFECT: high measurement accuracy, increased functional reliability under conditions of changing working pressures of liquid.
