FIELD: measurement technology, timely drying of substances with any concentration of salts, metals and moisture. SUBSTANCE: gear includes plates 1 made from heat conductive material, upper one having convex internal surface and lower one having concave internal surface. Heating elements 22 are made from wire spiral put into ceramic insulators and mounted on outsides of plates. Thermal pickup 4 is thermocouple installed in one of plates. Circuit controlling heating and stabilization of temperature has instrument converter-amplifier 5, register 3, adder-amplifier 7 connected with second input to temperature control unit 6, differentiator-amplifier 8, first and second transistor keys 9, second input of first key is connected to secondary winding of supply transformer 23 inserted into gear. Elements are connected in series. Case of gear also houses transistor amplifier 10 connected with input divided by resistors to output of instrument converter-amplifier 5, optron 11, unit 12 controlling symmetric thyristor, symmetric thyristor 13 which load circuit incorporates heating elements 22. Unit registering moment of total removal of moisture has generator 14, bridge circuit 15 which one arm includes electrically insulated plates 1, differential amplifier 16, rectifier 17, low-pass filter 18, differentiator-amplifier 19, adder-amplifier 20 with adjustable bias signal which input is fed with summary signal of negative voltage of power supply unit and signal from transistor amplifier 10 and indicator 21, for instance, light emitting diode.
