At that the return valve 2 is provided between the parts, passing the gas or the air flow into the closed part, formed by the bell dome and the movable or flexible element 4, and which does not pass it in the opposite direction, the closed part is designed to pump and puff the gas or air, and the peripheral part is made with the air puffing unit 3 or without it.
