FIELD: medicine; surgical treatment of pancreas tumors and traumatic injuries to pancreas. SUBSTANCE: proposed method resides in practising resection of stomach, duodenum, pancreas head and common bile duct so as to keep intact blood supply to stomach segment to be removed at distance 8-10 cm from pylorus. Next pancreas is connected by suturing with proximal end of pylorus, while its distal end is connected with small intestine and biliodigestive anastomoses is connected with stomach segment to be removed. EFFECT: prevented postoperative complications after making pancreatoduodenal resection. 9 dwg
