SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of passing a catgut thread along a diameter of the wound and subsequent passing of one end of the thread through an upper angle of the wound, its mean portion and its lower angle; performing simultaneous fixation of the thread with use of undermucous layer of cerous-omentum artery from large curvature of the stomach after passing the thread ends through an undermucous layer of cerous-muscular panniculus by binding the thread ends one with another.
