FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with surgical treatment of ulcerous gastric disease due to removing a pyloroantral department, circulatory dissecting all the layers of gastric wall up to mucosa followed by demucosation at the distance of 1.5-2 cm proximally against dissection line. Then one should apply interrupted catgut sutures onto mucosa for narrowing gastric lumen till complete correspondence of gastric stump's lumen and jejunum, form anastomosis between gastric stump and jejunum by "end-to-end" type, cover the line of the first row of sutures with serous-mucous-submucous sheath. The innovation enables to improve results of surgical treatment in case of ulcerous disease.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
