FIELD: medicine; traumatology; sanitation of open fractures, including those accompanied with deeply penetrating crushed wounds. SUBSTANCE: patient is anesthetized by lavage through epimetaphysis of damaged bone, followed by taking intraosseous puncture of damaged segment of extremity at two points, viz. at beginning, for intraosseous anesthesia, cavernous tissue of undamaged bone is selected, and later, for perosseous lavage, broken bone epimetaphysis is selected. EFFECT: method is versatile and can used in clinics, ambulances, polyclinics.
