SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to fulfill the revision of the fracture; remove nonviable tissues; perform modeling resection of tibial fragments' ends followed by their adaptation and fixation. On fixing the fragments in proximal tibial metaphysis one should form the canal of 10 mm diameter, not more in oblique-transverse direction towards shin's longitudinal axis. Then it is important to introduce the autotransplant of corresponding diameter into the developed canal, its length being up to the opposite cortical tibial plate. The innovation provides the effort of stimulating the supply of minerals out of metaphyseal department towards the area of regeneration, stimulation of microcirculation, circulation and metabolic processes of the whole bone, excludes the transplant's infectioning, exacerbation of osteomyelitic process and that of inflammatory process in fracture area.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
