FIELD: therapeutic stomatology. SUBSTANCE: carious cavity is first made ready for operation, treated with medicaments and dried. Next insulating pad is formed on region between dentin and artificial canal, latter being formed to depth 2-4 mm perpendicularly to dentin surface and in parallel to tooth axis. Into canal thus-formed parapulpar pin is inserted. Ratio of pin length in canal to pin length in filling is selected to be equal 1:1. Finally constant filling is applied. EFFECT: reliable fixation of tooth filling.
