FIELD: dentistry. SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus consists of two half-moulds positionable with respect to each other by means of fixtures. Half-moulds also comprise implant-shaping inserts and threaded, helically wound conical cavities. Implant-shaping inserts have hemispherically shaped cavities. Right-side half of mould carries lower lid secured with help of screw and having threaded openings, into which screws are screwed-in against stop. Half-moulds are positioned between upper and lower lids. Upper lid accommodates cylindrically shaped adapter. On side of half-moulds, upper lid adjoins to casting assembly comprising pouring channel and pouring openings. EFFECT: apparatus is simple in design, thus permitting to turn out cheap dental ceramic implants. 4 dwg
