FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: proposed method is based on layer-by-layer keratoplasty using, as transplant, myopic cornea taken from living donor. Ophthalmosurgeon must calculate simultaneously thickness of cornea removed both from donor and from recipient depending on their starting and expected postoperative refraction. If recipient suffers from starting myopia. additionally stromal layer is removed to thickness not more than 300 mc, whereas if recipient suffers from starting ametropia only nebula-affected layers are removed. EFFECT: effective method for treatment of keratoleukoma. 3 cl
