FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: corneal thickness is measured in optic area, then it is necessary to determine status of optic ocular media, factor of outflow readiness of intraocular liquid, true intraocular pressure, eyeground status to make indications for operation at 400 mcm corneal thickness, transparent cornea or its surface turbidity, at transparent anterior chamber moisture, crystalline lens, vitreous body or at its slight turbidity, at factor of outflow readiness of intraocular liquid of not less than 0.12 mm/min/mm mercury column, at intraocular pressure value of not above 21 mm mercury column, adjacency of eyeball internal membranes and at the absence of retinal transudative processes. EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy.
