FIELD: medicine, narcology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with developing negative conditioned reflex to alcohol and positive one to soberness due to stimulation of certain representative systems. Stimulation is conducted by verbal blocks at the background of additional mediated stimulation of the same systems. In the case of group suggestive impact it is possible to use suggestion formula containing words directed to start visual, audile, kinesthetic and olfactory systems of perception taking into account different intellectual and social levels in patients. At the stage of individual impact patient is introduced with nicotinic acid at therapeutic dose. Gastrointestinal tract is stimulated with ethyl chloride which is introduced into pharyngeal space at 3.0-5.0 ml volume.
