FIELD: laser therapy, intended for non-invasive laser irradiation of blood. SUBSTANCE: transmucous irradiation of the sublingval venous plexus with a controlled light spot at a dose rate density of 2 to 3 mW/sq.sm, exposure of 30 to 40 min is performed with the aid of a helium-neon laser, the course is 1 to 5 times; use is made of a fibre light conduit which is supplemented with a tube transparent for laser radiation, having a blind end and on elastic bioinert mouth-piece; the tube is fitted on the light conduit working end for light conduit movement in the tube; the mouth-piece is positioned coaxially outside the tube for movement along the tube and made in the form of a ring with a groove on the external surface; the tube and the mouthpiece are replaceable.
