FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out laser radiation therapy in two stages. The first of them involves performing transcutaneous blood irradiation with laser light having wavelength of 0.633 mcm through optical fiber light guide. Reflector is fixed at the distal end of the light guide making contact to skin in the area of cubital vein projection. Radiation power at the end of the light guide is equal to 20-25 mW with action time being 20-25 min long. The second stage involves applying local irradiation of injured foci with pulsating laser light with laser light of 0.89 mcm wavelength in contact way with radiating matrix being used. The matrix has 10 laser diodes, each having power of 6-8 W/impulse, impulse duration being 100 ns, pulse succession frequency being equal to 80 Hz or 150 Hz, field exposure frequency being equal to 80 Hz to 150 Hz, exposure time being 1-2 min per field and time duration being equal to 8-12 min. Pulse succession time is changed every 3-4 sessions, laser radiation therapy sessions are carried out with frequency equal to 5 days a week. The total course is 10-12 sessions long.
