FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying laser radiation therapy. Blood is transcutaneously irradiated in the cubital vein projection at the first stage. Wavelength is equal to 0.633 mcm. Power at the light guide end is 20-25 mW. Treatment session is 20-25 min long. The sessions are administered daily or each second day. Treatment course is 7-10 sessions long. Reflector is mounted on the distal end of the light guide to be engageable with skin. The second stage begins 3-4 weeks later. Lesion foci are irradiated in contact mode. Wavelength is equal to 0.89 mcm. Irradiating matrix containing 10 diodes is used. Each diode power is equal to 7-8 W/pulse. Pulse emission frequency is 80 Hz. Pulse duration is equal to 100 ns. Mean power density is equal to 0.047-0.053 mW/cm². Exposure time is 2 min on each field. Treatment session is 10-12 min long. The sessions are administered daily or each second day.
