FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: installation incorporates multichamber furnace of fluidized bed with unloading mechanism, screw feeder with shredder at outlet, cooler, cyclone furnace. Heat exchanger which outlets are located under upper grate of furnace and have extension pieces with tangential grooves is mounted in lower chamber beneath grate of furnace. Shredder is placed in parallel to vertical axis of furnace, its body has windows and rods positioned concentric on them and fixed in cone deflector. Usage of heat exchanger and shredder with their design distinctions and arrangement enables process to be intensified and productivity of installation to be raised.
