FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for primary dehydration of produced hydrotrophied pulp. Installation has wells for lowering and raising of trays, moisture removal means and driving mechanisms for transfer of trays with drives of retention and discharge, which are made in the form of driving lantern wheels, as well as a pallet movement limiter. At the same time between the wells there is a horizontally movable feeder with drives, a vertically movable load in the form of a pallet cleaning gate, the lower position of which is limited by the position of the filtering bottom of the tray. Plant is equipped with a system of displacement sensors connected to the drive control unit with a built-in control algorithm.
EFFECT: reduced moisture content of the formed material in trays with a double bottom in the press under pressure of stacked trays with raw material.
