SUBSTANCE: device has loading shield with projection in its front part and load wire rope sheave, mechanism to turn bundle relative to tractor chassis frame which is provided with cross row of rotating rollers installed in zone of above indicated projection. Rollers are oriented with their longitudinal axes in parallel with longitudinal axis of loading shield, and their support surfaces are located over upper surface of loading shield.
