FIELD: hoisting and conveying equipment; may be used for cargo handling in close quarters in tunnels by crane installed on a rail-mounted vehicle or on an automobile. SUBSTANCE: the crane is two-section hinged boom installed on turntable; the main boom may be tilted both in the direction of the upper boom (maximum outreach) and in the opposite direction (minimum outreach). For limiting the height of the upper boom raising a telescopic rod is installed in parallel with the main boom. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of load handling in close quarters. 3 cl, 3 dwg
