FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: mix is prepared by stirring binding agent, silica component, and water, whereupon preliminarily prepared mixture of aluminium powder with 20-50% (based on its total weight) of surfactant and concrete stiffening accelerator. All that is agitated for 3-5 min at atmospheric pressure until mix with density 900-950 kg/cu.m is obtained. Agitation is resumed at manometer pressure 0.2-0.5 MPa for further 0.5-2 min with simultaneously adding remaining part of surfactant in the form of foam until mix with density 300-600 kg/cu.m is obtained, which is displaced toward shaping process place under pressure developed in mixer. Method is fit to be applied both for production of cellular-concrete products and for in-situ building. EFFECT: optimized process parameters. 1 tbl
