FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the combined grinding cement, filling agent, water and surface-active substance followed by mixing product obtained with residual components of concrete mixture. Grinding is carried out in batch-operated mill for 1.5-10 min and product is transported to a mixer by dosing pump under pressure 0.2-0.7 MPa and product is mixed with separately prepared foam or other remained components of concrete mixture. EFFECT: high-strength, low-cement, solid, light, cellular concrete. 2 tbl
