FIELD: construction; preparation of cellular-concrete mixture.

SUBSTANCE: the invention concerns to the area of construction, in particular, to devices for preparation of cellular-concrete mixtures. The technical result: improved quality of a mixture due to a capability of a step control over the speed of wooden stirrers and improvement of operational characteristics of the mixer. The turbulent mixer for preparation of the cellular-concrete mixtures contains a cylindrical body, a loading device, a device for a compressed air feeding, an unloading device, a driving shaft with fixed on it wooden stirring blades and foam-making elements made as the small turbines. It is supplied with a deflector, a graphite-fluoroplastic cartridge, a warning device used for a visual estimate of tightness of the mixer. At that the deflector is fixed on the shaft together with one of the small turbines and with a capability to a contact by its bottom surface with the bottom surface of the body of a bearing assembly, in which the shaft is installed. Graphite-fluoroplastic cartridge is installed between the deflector and the body of the bearing assembly. The shaft has drive pulleys, which diameters are selected from a condition to control the speed of rotation of the wooden stirrers, and between bearings there is a warning device for a visual estimate of tightness of the mixer.

EFFECT: the invention ensures improved quality of a mixture due to a capability to control the speed of wooden stirrers rotation and improved operational characteristics of the mixer.
