SUBSTANCE: during hydrogenation processing of distillates and their mixture together with residue deactivation of catalysts and their filling with organometal compounds and with coke deposition. To prolong operation time of catalysts and to improve their activity two-stepped method for hydrorefining is proposed, wherein at hydropreparing stage special catalyst being used. Said catalyst comprises, mas. %: molybdenum trioxide, 10-15; nickel oxide and cobalt oxide 2-5; aluminium phosphate, 1.5-10; ferrum phosphate, 0.5-2.0; aluminium oxide, the balance.
