FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalyst for hydroskimming diesel distillates and a method for hydroskimming diesel distillates in order to obtain ecologically clean diesel fuel and can be used in oil refining industry. Described is a catalyst for hydroskimming diesel fractions, which as a support contains a composition of aluminium oxide and silico aluminophosphate SAPO-31, which includes, wt%: 1.3–1.9 silicon compounds in terms of silicon dioxide, 5.8–8.0 wt% phosphorus compounds in terms of phosphorus pentoxide, aluminium oxide – balance; and as an active component, catalyst contains, wt%: molybdenum oxide MoO₃ – 17.0–19.5, nickel oxide NiO – 3.4–4.2, phosphorus oxide P₂O₅ – 1–1.5, support – balance, in molar ratio Ni/Mo – 0.38–0.43 and P/Mo – 0.09–0.1. Described is a method for hydroskimming diesel fractions, according to which hydroskimming is carried out in a hydrofining reactor, loaded layer-by-layer with catalyst described above and NiMo/Al₂O₃ – catalyst, latter is located in first layer in direction of movement of raw material, taken at a ratio of 1:2 to 1:1, at temperature of 340–380 °C, hydrogen pressure 5.5–7.0 MPa.

EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency for hydroskimming diesel fractions with high content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, nitrogen-containing and stable sulphur-containing compounds.
