FIELD: biotechnology, genetic and protein engineering. SUBSTANCE: recombinant DNA M13polT7 is constructed by insertion of vector phage M13 mp 10 in DNA by unique restriction site Bam HI Sau- 3A-Sau 3A of plasmid pAR 1219 fragment containing phage T7 RNA-polymerase gene. On the base of the constructed recombinant DNA the strain of phage M13 VKPM pH-714 is obtained that provides synthesis of T7 DNA-polymerase at yield 2 x 106 U/g wet biomass.
