FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a recombinant plasmid coding DNA-dependent RNA polymerase T7 (T7RNAP), recombinant bacterium Escherichia coli producing the enzyme DNA-dependent RNA polymerase T7 (T7RNAP) encoded by SEQ ID NO: 1 and transformed by said recombinant plasmid. Also disclosed is use of said recombinant bacterium in in vitro synthesis of DNA-dependent RNA polymerase of phage T7 (T7RNAP).
EFFECT: invention provides effective production of said plasmid and bacteria, as well as use of bacteria in in vitro synthesis of DNA-dependent RNA polymerase of phage T7 (T7RNAP).
