FIELD: electrodeposition, specifically, deposition of composite coat of nickel-boron-fluoroplastic. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in various branches of industry in the capacity of hard, wear-resistant coats for replacement of hard chrome plating. Proposed electrolyte contains, g/l: nickel chloride 200.0-300.0; nickel sulfate 3.0-10.0, boric acid 20.0-30.0; lyophilic sol based on polytetrafluorethylene 10.0-100.0; salt of anion polyedritic borate 0.5-3.5; chloramine B or saccharin 0.5-2.0 and antipitting additive NIA-1 0.8-2.0. EFFECT: coat deposited from proposed electrolyte has high wear resistance and hardness. 3 tbl
